Countries use one of the three main video standards – PAL, NTSC or SECAM.
What this means is that a video from a PAL country will not play in a country that uses the NTSC standard.
NTSC：U.S. 、Japan...etc.
PAL：UK、Australia、Sweden...etc.
SECAM：Eastern Europe、France...etc.
